Embodied Counselling
An embodied approach to exploring your life with an intention to discover areas where change may enhance your lived experience and support personal growth.
A full somatic approach without the element of touch.

Sessions are available in person or over Zoom.
It is recommended to allow at least one hour for a Somatic Counselling session.
$150 AUD per hour
Sexological Bodywork
An opportunity to follow your curiosity and explore sensation, pleasure, and erotic desire using somatic education tools and practices.
A somatic inquiry with the intention of education over experience.
May include practices with Breath, Movement, Sound, and Touch to help facilitate learning.
Practices are invited and the client is encouraged to practice full embodied consent
prior to any activity.

Sessions are available in person.
It is recommended to allow at least one hour and a half for a Sexological Bodywork session.
$150 AUD per hour
Somatic Intimacy
An opportunity to practice the somatic skills of boundaries, consent, and asking for what you want under a less restrictive framework
May include two way touch or other practices that fall
outside the scope of the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia.
Sessions are available in person.

Kahuna Massage
A traditional massage ritual with its roots in Hawaii.
Long flowing movements of forearms and hands
from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers and toes
to move you into a trance state of total relaxation and bliss.
Sessions are available in person.
$150 AUD per 1.5 hour session
