Who Am I

My name Jonathan Totti.

I'm very grateful to all the teachers who guided me on my journey of somatic discovery. I now find it deeply fulfilling to witness others as they embark on a journey of their own and invite them to remain curious about discoveries, practices, and skills that I find useful as well practices that have worked for others.  I look forward to the path ahead as I continue to learn and grow with all of the people who intersect with my life.  I believe we are all simultaneously teachers and students together in the world and my mind is continuously blown open by the wisdom and experience of each person I meet.

I was raised in Canada and moved to Australia in 2013 after spending my adult life as a pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force.  In that life I learned the importance of following dreams, having fun, and being part of something bigger than myself.

My exploration of embodiment and somatic enquiry arose out of a curiosity to explore my intimate and erotic life in a deeper more meaningful way.  In the process I have experienced a wide variety of practices and ideas that lead me into an ever expanding universe of awareness and awe.

Very early in my exploration I realised how much my somatic and erotic education was lacking and I asked myself "Why didn't someone teach me this stuff when I was younger?".  It was that revelation that lead me to pursue formal training at the Institute of Somatic Sexology.  Through their inspirational somatic approach to education I have earned a Certificate in Embodied Counselling as well as a Certificate in Sexological Bodywork.  I also completed training in Interactive Erotic Education and Kahuna Massage to add depth to what I can offer clients.

My journey and adventure through the world of somatic and erotic practice continues to weave an ever increasing tapestry of interesting and diverse elements throughout my life and I'm excited to share it with other curious explorers.

I feel honoured to be a member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia along with an outstanding group of dedicated, caring, professional colleagues and friends. Click on the logo below to visit the Association website.
