Welcome. Before we begin working together, I want to ensure you feel fully informed and empowered in this process.
My work as a somatic sexologist is grounded in safety, respect, and explicit consent at every step. All sessions follow the Code of Ethics for Sexological Bodyworkers. You are always in charge of what happens in our time together.
During each session we begin by gently setting an intention together, feeling into what you would like to explore or learn about yourself. From there, the session may draw on aspects of embodied counselling or sex coaching, or you may be offered somatic practices involving breath, sound, movement, and touch. The focus is always educational — supporting you in developing practical tools and deeper awareness so you can enjoy a more connected, confident, and pleasurable intimate life.
By signing this form you are giving general consent to work with me in an ongoing way. You will not need to sign a new consent form before each session. However, in every individual session you remain fully in charge. Everything offered is an invitation only — you may accept or decline any practice at any time, with no pressure. You are welcome to leave anything that doesn’t feel right for you for another time, or never.
This work is trauma-informed, but I am not a trained trauma therapist. For some people, somatic exploration may bring up unresolved trauma or unexpected emotional responses. If you have a history of trauma, please consider whether you would benefit from working with a qualified trauma therapist alongside or before engaging in this work. You are always welcome to pause or stop if anything feels overwhelming.
All information shared during our sessions and in this form is kept strictly confidential in accordance with Australian privacy laws and my professional code of ethics. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of our educational work together and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except where legally required.
I commit to:
• Holding a safe, non-judgmental space
• Checking in regularly for your ongoing consent
• Prioritising your comfort, boundaries, and autonomy
• Maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with Australian privacy laws and my professional code of ethics
